About Us

In 2002, the Institute of Rhythmology of Evdokiya Marchenko (IRlEM) was founded; the main feature of which was certain unique education material. For the past 9 years, we have been applying and actively developing the scope of knowledge and the effective techniques based on Rhythmomethod 7R0, created by a member of the Writers’ Union of Russia, Professor Evdokiya Dmitriyevna Marchenko. This includes the kinds of knowledge and the techniques that allow a person who solved all of his everyday problems and issues, to open his unlimited opportunities, and to make his life really full and abundant.

The position of the Institute of Rhythmology is that this life is only possible if you apply and use time. To date, Rhythmometod 7R0 is the only method that allows a person to work with time.

Our Institute offers three main areas:

• Practical Rhythmology;
• Consulting on a wide range of issues;

Research in the field of Rhythmology and Rhythmomethod 7R0 in general, and their connection with all civil society institutions.

The Institute of Rhythmology applies up-to-date training methods: webinars, video, audio and text educational materials; we have created a convenient on-line store where you can easily select and pay for the course you are interested in. Education gets not only interesting, but also comfortable! Now, the Institute of Rhythmology is a strong team of professionals who love their profession; it is the Institute where the students grasp not only the fundamental knowledge, but also the practical skills necessary for a correct development of the personality to fit into modern society.

The creator of Rhythmology and Rhythmomethod 7R0, E.D. Marchenko, is known in wider circles for her pen name - RADASTEYA.

However, RADASTEYA is not only a pen name of Evdokiya Dmitriyevna Marchenko. It’s a concept and a state of being. What it (the concept) is, according to its creator, Evdokiya Dmitriyevna Marchenko, you can learn from an abstract from the book by E.D. Marchenko ‘Apotheosis, or the Effulgence of Finding’ (RADATS, 2002).

Radasteya came into my life like a feast, introducing me to the unknown and liberating me from platitudes. Imagine that I was living in a normal, nominal country, in conformity with its designed stereotypes. I was told that I must be happy because I was taken care of. The main thing in life is to continue to learn, from birth to maturity, and then to work. I was very gullible. I studied well, was trying to enter school and university early, in the firm belief that, to begin to work at a younger age, was admirable. ‘You must get married early and have children right away,’ I was told in the nominal country, and in full obedience, I carried out the proposed program. ‘Work is placed as the first place’goal; this was the postulate set in the proletarian country. Never ask about salary, benefits, or vouchers for food.

The first protest was the refusal to join the party: the one who knew everything about the best for my existence. The composition of party workers did not meet my Komsomol standards of unity of word and deed. I was like everyone else. I wanted to be better than the others, and yet I never knew about the other life on the same planet.

Carefully and prudently, RADASTEYA started to get to know corporal countries, where the body’s care was the priority; where people studied only useful things. From my point of view, they knew very
